Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee (Unused Cards)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ZenNext membership. We offer a 7-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee from the date of card activation, subject to the following condition:

Condition for Full Refund:

The membership card must be unused. That is, no member discount, consultation concession, hospital admission benefit, or diagnostic savings has been claimed or verified at any participating partner facility during the 7-day window.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Membership subscription fees are strictly non-refundable under any of the following circumstances:

  • Once any discount or concession has been claimed or verified at any partner hospital counter, clinic, or diagnostic center.
  • After 7 calendar days have elapsed from the official date of membership card issuance.
  • If the membership is terminated by ZenNext due to fraud, card sharing with unauthorized third parties, or deliberate misrepresentation of family dependents.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a cancellation and refund within the 7-day period:

  1. Email our Finance & Member Support Cell at refunds@thezennext.in from your registered email address.
  2. Include your Membership Number (e.g. ZN-MEM-2026-XXXX) and payment transaction reference ID.
  3. State the reason for cancellation (for quality assurance and service improvement).

4. Processing Time & Mode of Refund

Once your refund request is received, our verification desk audits our partner hospital logs to verify zero discount utilization. Upon audit approval, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days directly to the original payment source (original UPI account, bank account, or debit/credit card) in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment gateway settlement timelines.

5. Annual Renewal & Automatic Expiry

ZenNext memberships are issued for a fixed duration of 12 months. Unless you explicitly choose to renew your card before expiry, memberships automatically expire at the end of the 12-month period without unauthorized recurring credit card charges.
