The ZenNext India Private Limited ("ZenNext", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of our members, hospital partners, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal information when you use our website (thezennext.in), purchase a membership card, or verify active credentials at partner healthcare desks.

2. Principles of Data Minimization

We adhere strictly to the principle of Data Minimization under Indian data protection law. We collect only the information strictly necessary to issue, manage, and verify your healthcare discount membership:

• Contact & KYC Information: Full name, mobile number, email address, residential city, state, and PIN code.
• Family Member Declarations: If you enroll in a Family Plan, names, age, gender, and relationship of declared dependents.
• Transactional Metadata: Payment confirmation identifiers, transaction timestamps, and membership validity dates. Note: We never collect, see, or store your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

3. Privacy-Preserving Dynamic QR Verification

ZenNext digital membership cards utilize an encrypted, dynamic validation key. When a participating hospital or diagnostic center scans your card's QR code, the verification portal reveals only the minimum necessary validation data:

• Active/Expired membership validity status.
• Masked member name (e.g., "R*** K*** SHARMA") to prevent identity exposure while allowing billing staff to compare against patient photo ID.
• Applicable card tier and concession categories.

Your personal mobile number, full address, Aadhaar details, medical conditions, and administrative notes are never transmitted or exposed via QR scans.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for:

• Issuing your unique digital membership card and reference number.
• Communicating verification status, activation notices, and expiry reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Enabling participating healthcare providers to confirm approved discount eligibility at their billing counters.
• Complying with statutory accounting and regulatory audit requirements in India.

5. No Sale of Personal Health Data

ZenNext does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third-party pharmaceutical advertisers, marketing agencies, or unsolicited financial brokers. Data is shared exclusively with approved partner healthcare providers only when you present your card at their premises for service.

6. Member Rights & Data Deletion

Under Indian law, members maintain the right to review their records, request correction of inaccurate information, or request account closure and data deletion upon membership expiration. Requests may be directed to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@thezennext.in.
